Greece-Only Itineraries
Athens & the Heart of Greece, 14 Days, Rick Steves Travel
Review: A+. Highly recommend. This itinerary gets top marks for getting a little off the beaten path (Mani, Mystras, the mountains of the Peloponnese) and also going to places that are must-sees. I also liked the beach time as Hydra is small and presents ample swimming time, plus there is at least one other beach day in Mani. It’s easy to envision that there is a lot of walking on this tour – but there is also a lot of relaxation. One of the longest drives (Athens -Delphi) is right in the beginning, otherwise the tour stays in a very compact area. This means limited bus time.
